Presorting essentially organizes the addresses from your list into smaller and smaller groupings until all the addresses are in the order that the mail carrier will deliver them in. So for example, a postcard going to Wisconsin would have it's address first sorted by into state order, then down to a regional level, then to a city, then to a neighborhood, then to the route the letter carrier takes to deliver the mail each day, and finally into the proper sequence along that route. It's a little like zooming in on a map, only with mail!
Because we presort the mail before it leaves our facility, we are able to offer customers discounted postage on projects that qualify.
We pay very close attention to the ever-changing USPS rules and regulations so our Customer Service Team can help decide what type of mail service is right for your mail piece. Postcard that will go locally or regionally? Presorted standard mail, with a minimum of 200 presorted pieces, is an ideal combination of low cost and efficient delivery time. Going national? Presorted first class is the way to go on mailings of more than 500 presorted pieces with its combination of prompt nation-wide delivery time and discounted rate. From a simple postcard all the way up to dimensional mail and catalogs, we can help you reduce your postage expenses and help ensure your mail gets to the post office correctly. Like the look of full rate, first class stamps but not the expense? We can use special presorted-rate stamps to dress up invitations and announcements, giving the look and feel of full-rate expense at a discounted price.
